Can I switch plans anytime?▼
Yes! Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new tier. When downgrading, your current tier stays active until the end of the billing period.
Do unused tokens expire?▼
No! Tokens you purchase never expire. Monthly token allocations from subscription plans reset each billing cycle.
What happens if I run out of tokens?▼
Agenticcus has a dual budget system: Cloud AI models (Claude, GPT, Gemini) use your token balance. Local models (11 LLMs on our GPU) have a separate daily free budget that resets every 24 hours. If you exceed your daily local budget, a small overage charge applies progressively. You can always buy more tokens for cloud models.
Can I get a refund?▼
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscriptions. Token purchases are non-refundable once used. Unused tokens can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy.
