Refund Policy

1. Overview
This refund policy explains when Agenticcus can issue refunds for subscriptions and token packages. If you believe you were billed incorrectly or experienced a service issue, please contact us โ we'll help quickly and fairly.
2. Subscription refunds (14-day guarantee)
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new subscription purchases. If you request a refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment, we will generally refund the subscription fee.
- Eligible: First-time subscription purchases requested within 14 days.
- Not eligible: Renewals after the initial purchase window, accounts terminated for abuse, or cases involving fraud.
- High usage: If a substantial portion of included tokens/features were used, we may offer a prorated refund or an account credit instead of a full refund.
3. Token package refunds (within 30 days if unused)
Purchased token packages are refundable within 30 days if they are unused. Because tokens are consumed immediately when you use models and tools, we cannot refund token packages once the purchased tokens have been spent.
- Eligible: Refund requested within 30 days and your current token balance is at least the amount purchased in that transaction (i.e., the purchase is effectively unused).
- Not eligible: Any token package where tokens have been consumed, or purchases made via unauthorized payment methods.
4. Billing mistakes & duplicate charges
If you were charged twice, billed for the wrong tier, or encounter another billing error, contact us as soon as possible. Verified billing mistakes are refundable.
5. How to request a refund
Email us at contact@agenticcus.ai with:
- The email address on your Agenticcus account
- The date and amount of the charge
- The reason for your request (optional but helpful)
We typically respond within 1โ2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank/payment provider, the refund may take a few business days to appear.
6. Chargebacks
If possible, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks are expensive and may result in account suspension while we investigate. We're happy to resolve issues directly.
